  • Cut the tofu sheets into 3-inch(7 cm) squares. Keep them aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the sweet bean sauce, sugar, Shaoxing rice wine and water until smooth. This will be your stir-fry sauce.
  • In a bowl, combine the pork and marinade ingredients and marinate for about 20 minutes.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly shredded pork and stir-fry until it's cooked and slightly browned. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.
  • In the same wok, if necessary, add a little more oil and lower the heat to medium-low. Pour in the sauce and cook until the sauce begins to thicken. Once the sauce thickens, put the pork back in the wok. Increase the heat to medium-high and toss to evenly coat the pork with the sauce.
  • Arrange the thinly sliced green onions on a serving plate. Place the stir-fried shredded pork on top of the green onions.
  • Serve the Stir-Fried Shredded Pork with the Tofu sheets. Place some green onions and pork strips over a piece of tofu sheet. Roll them up and savor the flavors!
