  • In a bowl, mix cooking wine, ground white pepper powder, and salt, then add the shrimp and mix well by hand. Add cornstarch and mix well again. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well. Set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat some cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2 minutes.
  • Add the blanched broccoli florets and sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for another minute to coat the ingredients evenly with the sauce.
