  • Combine the beef and marinade ingredients and marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons (26g) of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and stir-fry for 1 minute. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon (13g) of vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 20 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced hot peppers. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Return the beef strips to the skillet and pour the sauce over the beef and hot peppers. Stir everything together to coat the beef and peppers with the sauce. Cook for an additional 30 seconds until the sauce thickens. Serve the Beef and Hot Peppers Stir Fry over steamed rice.
