  • Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the beef short ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours.
