  • In a bowl, combine the tuna and dressing ingredients and marinate for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Place a portion of rice in each serving bowl. Arrange the cubed tuna, avocado slices and nori strips on top of the rice. Drizzle the sauce over the tuna, allowing it to soak into the rice. Sprinkle it with perilla leaves, green onions and sesame seeds.
  • You can add wasabi and pickled ginger on the side for extra flavor and heat.
