Grilled Bourbon Pork Tenderloin combines the tenderness of pork with the smoky aroma of bourbon and the sweetness of maple syrup. Creating this masterpiece is akin to crafting a culinary work of art. It all starts with a marinade featuring bourbon, brown sugar, maple syrup, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Once marinated, the pork tenderloin is grilled to lock in the flavors, resulting in a beautifully caramelized exterior with a delightful smokiness, while the interior remains tender and juicy.

Instructions
-
In a small bowl, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, maple syrup, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and ground black pepper. Stir well to create your marinade.
-
Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable bag. Pour in the marinade, making sure the meat is evenly coated. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to marinate.
-
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Remove the pork tenderloins from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
-
Grill the pork tenderloins on the preheated grill, turning them occasionally and basting them with the remaining marinade. Grill for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, or up to 160°F (71°C) for medium.
-
Once done, transfer the grilled pork tenderloins to a cutting board and let them rest for a few minutes. Then slice it and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy your delicious grilled bourbon pork tenderloin!
