Seafood fried rice is delicious, fragrant, and nutritious. The shrimp and scallops in it are rich in protein and trace elements, while the vegetables contain vitamins that can help promote health. For seafood lovers, seafood fried rice is undoubtedly a tasty and healthy dish.
Heat 1 tablespoon (13g) of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
Add 3 cups of water to a medium pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Then, reduce the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the pot. After about 2 minutes, drain the shrimp and transfer them to a plate, setting them aside.
