  • Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  • In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the pork from the wok and set it aside.
  • In the same wok, if there's not enough oil, add a small amount of vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and fermented black soybeans for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Add the chili peppers to the wok. Stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until the vegetables are slightly tender yet still crisp.
  • Return the cooked pork to the wok. Drizzle the sauce over the mixture and toss everything together to combine. Serve the farmhouse pork stir-fry over cooked rice.

Notes

You can also adjust the level of spiciness by adding chili flakes or your favorite hot sauce.
