  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In another bowl, combine the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs. Mix well and set aside.
  • Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the coconut and breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to coat the shrimp evenly with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C). Carefully place the coated shrimp into the hot oil, a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp turns golden brown and crispy.
  • After frying the shrimp, take them out of the oil and put them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any extra oil. Repeat this procedure until all the shrimp are fried.
