  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, oregano, garlic powder, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf shape, smoothing the top. Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
  • Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Slice the meatloaf and serve it with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
