  • In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients. Set the sauce aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the chicken and marinade ingredients and marinate for about 20 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.
