  • In a bowl, mix together CBL soybean paste, sweet bean sauce, sugar and cooking wine. Mix well. Set aside.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons (24g) of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned. Add minced ginger to the ground pork and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add another 2 tablespoons (24g) of oil to the skillet. Then, pour in the soybean paste mixture and sauté for 2 minutes. Mix well and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Add some green onions to the skillet. Transfer the sauce into a bowl.
  • Boil the noodles in a separate pot, then remove and drain them.
  • Place the noodles in small bowls, then pour some sauce over them, and top with some cucumber and carrot for decoration. Toss thoroughly to ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. Enjoy!
