  • In a large bowl, blend the broth ingredients thoroughly.
  • Arrange all the hot pot ingredients on a platter, making it visually appealing for the table.
  • Heat the sukiyaki pot or a large skillet on the table. Add a small amount of oil and cook the sliced beef until browned. Pour a portion of the prepared broth over the beef and add the tofu, shungiku or spinach, green onions, napa cabbage, shirataki noodles, enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms.
