Instructions

Marinate the shredded pork with the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork to the wok and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked and slightly browned. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts to the wok and continue stir-frying for 1 minute. The bean sprouts should be tender-crisp. Add the salt, sugar and chicken bouillon, and stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds.
