Shrimp marinade:

Sauce:

(18g) oyster sauce

Instructions

In a bowl, mix cooking wine, ground white pepper powder, and salt, then add the shrimp and mix well by hand. Add cornstarch and mix well again. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, salt, light soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well. Set aside.

In a large pan, heat some cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2 minutes.

Add the blanched broccoli florets and sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for another minute to coat the ingredients evenly with the sauce.
