Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, salt and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter the diced bacon over the Brussels sprouts.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy, stirring halfway through the cooking time for even browning. Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
