Grilled Bourbon Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Bourbon Pork Tenderloin combines the tenderness of pork with the smoky aroma of bourbon and the sweetness of maple syrup. Creating this masterpiece is akin to crafting a culinary work of art. It all starts with a marinade featuring bourbon, brown sugar, maple syrup, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Once marinated, the pork tenderloin is grilled to lock in the flavors, resulting in a beautifully caramelized exterior with a delightful smokiness, while the interior remains tender and juicy.

In a small bowl, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, maple syrup, low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt and ground black pepper. Stir well to create your marinade.
