Instructions

In a bowl, mix the marinade well and add the pork ribs. Coat the ribs with the marinade thoroughly. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for better flavor absorption.

Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat to 350°F (180°C). Place the pork ribs one by one into the oil, adjust the heat to medium-low, and fry until both sides turn golden. This typically takes about 8 minutes; cook in batches to prevent overcrowding.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried pork ribs from the oil and transfer them to a plate.

Heat the vegetable oil in the pan until it reaches 375°F (190°C). Return the fried pork ribs to the pan and fry for 20 seconds. Transfer them to a plate and sprinkle the garlic ribs with chopped green onion.
