Instructions

Trim off the tough ends of the Enoki mushrooms and gently separate them into small clusters.

Blanch the Enoki mushrooms in boiling water for about 1 minute. After taking the mushrooms out of the boiling water, rinse them under cold water to avoid overcooking. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chicken bouillon powder and salt to make the dressing.
