Instructions

Combine the chicken and marinade ingredients and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until browned. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 20 seconds or until fragrant. Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
