Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb (226g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 cup (68g) snow peas (trimmed and strings removed)
  • 1 tbsp (13g) vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tbsp (16g) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15g) cooking wine
  • 1/4 tsp (0.6g) white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp (4g) cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp (13g) vegetable oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp (16g) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (14g) oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) chicken powder
  • 1/4 tsp (0.6g) white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Combine the chicken and marinade ingredients and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until browned. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 20 seconds or until fragrant. Add the snow peas and continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice. Enjoy!
