Sauce:

Instructions

Wash the garlic chives thoroughly and cut them into about 1-inch / 2.5 cm lengths.

Slice the pressed tofu into thin strips. Briefly blanch the tofu strips in boiling water for about a minute to slightly soften. Then, drain the tofu.

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for about 20 seconds until fragrant (Be careful not to burn them.). Add the tofu strips to the skillet and stir-fry until they begin to lightly brown.
