Ingredients
  • 8 oz (225g) fresh sushi-grade tuna (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 Persian cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp (16g) soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp (28g) rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) grated ginger
  • 1 tsp (7g) honey
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a serving plate. Top the salad greens with slices of avocado, Persian cucumber, and julienned carrot. Place the thinly sliced tuna on top of the vegetables.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and flavorful sashimi tuna salad!
