Parmesan Crusted Halibut
At the heart of Parmesan Crusted Halibut lies the halibut, a fish revered for its tender and succulent flesh. Its naturally mild flavor provides the perfect canvas for the culinary magic that unfolds.
The Parmesan crust, the star of the show, is a harmonious blend of grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, freshly chopped parsley, and minced garlic. This mixture forms a flavorful, crispy coating that encapsulates the halibut, adding a delightful contrast to the tender fish within. Here, the ocean's bounty meets the rich allure of Parmesan.
