Sauce:

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potato pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until they start to become tender and lightly browned.

Once the potatoes are slightly browned, pour the sauce over them in the skillet. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly with the sauce. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and let the potatoes simmer for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are fully cooked and have absorbed the delicious flavors of the sauce. Be sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking or burning.
