Instructions

Rinse the cabbage leaves and manually tear them into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.

In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, dried red chili peppers, and green Sichuan peppercorns. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the torn cabbage leaves to the skillet and stir-fry for about 40 seconds.
