Ingredients
  • 12 fresh oysters (in the shell)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 red chili pepper (sliced into small rings)
Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small pan, heat 2 tablespoons (26g) of oil over low heat, and then cook the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, garlic with oil, green onion and chili pepper (if using).
  4. Put the oysters onto a plate and spoon a small amount of the sauce mixture onto each oyster.
  5. Place the oysters on the grill and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the oysters from the grill and serve hot.
