Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons (28g) of butter over medium-high heat.

Add the prawns to the skillet in a single layer. Season them with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until the prawns turn pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking, as prawns can become tough.
