Ingredients
  • 1 cup (166 g) fresh strawberries
  • 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120g) milk
  • 1 tbsp (21 g) honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) pure vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Rinse and remove the stems from the fresh strawberries.
  2. Peel and section the orange, making sure to remove any seeds.
  3. In a blender, add the strawberries, orange, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract and Ice cubes. Blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
  4. Pour the Strawberry Orange Smoothie into glasses.
  5. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or orange slice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, healthy smoothie!
