Ingredients
  • 1 cup (165 g) fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup (175 g) Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/4 cup (57 g) coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp (20g) maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (110g) ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the fresh pineapple into small chunks.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Cover the blender and blend the ingredients until achieving a smooth consistency, usually taking 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the pineapple banana smoothie into glasses. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and added freshness.
