  • 8 cup (1890g) water
  • 1/2 cup (200g) rock sugar
Instructions
  1. Rinse the raw peanuts under cold water to remove any dirt. Soak the peanut in water overnight.
  2. Place them in a pot with 8 cups of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer the peanuts for about 4 hours, until they are soft.
  3. Add the rock sugar to the pot and stir until dissolved.
