  • 1-2 tbsp (21 g- 42 g) honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the nectarines, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add honey or maple syrup at this stage.
