Instructions

Put the tea leaves in a muslin bag. Pour 4 cups of hot water into a pot. Drop in the tea bag and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn off the burner. Let the tea steep for around 10 minutes. You can customize the steeping time based on how strong you prefer the tea.

Distribute the tea evenly among 4 cups. Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk to the tea and stir to combine.

Hong Kong Milk Tea can be served hot or cold. If you prefer it cold, let it cool down and then refrigerate.
