Mangoes, lychees, mandarin oranges
(or your favorite tropical fruits for decoration)
Instructions

In a pot, combine milk, water, sugar, and gelatin. Place the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Stir thoroughly to dissolve the sugar and gelatin. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the almond extract. Mix well to incorporate the flavor.

Pour the milk mixture into individual serving bowls or a large jelly mold.

Allow the almond jelly to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
